This privacy policy(“Policy”) explains when, how and why when it comes to the processing of your personal information and sets out your choices and rights in connection with the game MUSYNX (“Game”, “Game Services”), which has been operated by LANGFANG MUSYNC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Co.,Ltd. Due to the issue of version updates, we will upload data at the start of the game to detect your version of the game, but we will not collect and/or store your personally identifiable information. Part of your score will be saved on the device. We do not use the data to analyze individual users.
Your personal information (including your basic account data which is necessary to register a user account, progress in the Game, playtime, device identifiers, device settings, Network information, Whether you are online) will be collected by corresponding game platforms(including Google Play) according to their own privacy policies, and store on their own servers. Such platforms have implemented safeguards to protect personal information under their control, and can been seen on their own privacy policies. We do not access your personal information from such game platforms. Therefore, your personal information is subject to the third party's privacy policy or similar policies. We are not liable for any third party's improper use or disclosure of the data you provide to any third party.
When you contact us for customer service, we will ask only for the information needed to solve the issue and delete the information as soon as the issue is closed. You are not required to share this information with us, but we may not be able to trouble-shoot without it.

VIII. Disputes and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and all conflicting legal provisions shall be excluded. Both parties agree that any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration in accordance with the effective Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre Arbitration Rules. The final arbitration result shall be legally binding on both parties. Any arbitration shall be held in Hong Kong.
